Shipping Policy

Norway (Domestic Orders)

Delivery is typically made within 3–6 days, depending on your location. Orders are packed and shipped the day after the order is completed.

NB: For your first order, both the refill package and the storage box are usually delivered. In some cases, the mailbox may not be large enough. The package will then be delivered to your nearest post office.

We use both Norway Post (Bring) and PostNord logistics solutions.

🌍 International Orders (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, and all import taxes and duties are included in the price (DDP). There are no surprise charges at customs.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on destination. International shipping is subject to DHL’s General Terms and Conditions.

  • Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

    The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of order. This includes the correct full name, street address, postal code, phone number, and any required local identification or customs information.

    If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer — whether intentional or unintentional — Ballstad cannot be held responsible for failed delivery.

    If a shipment is returned to us due to address errors, refusal of delivery, failure to cooperate with customs authorities, failure to pay required local documentation fees (where applicable), or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, we reserve the right to:

    • Deduct all outbound shipping, return shipping, customs, and administrative costs from any refund issued;

    • Issue only a partial refund to cover our direct losses;

    • Refuse a refund if the product is not returned to us or is destroyed, abandoned, or confiscated by customs authorities.

    If the customer wishes to have the shipment resent, additional shipping charges will apply.

    By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for providing accurate delivery information.


    ⚠️ Important Notes

    All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Ballstad covers all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations.

    We do not ship to countries currently restricted by DHL, including: Russia, Belarus, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions.

    We reserve the right to cancel any order if a shipment is blocked, restricted, or indefinitely delayed by customs authorities or international sanctions regulations. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
