Return Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged upon arrival or an incorrect product was delivered.

International Orders (DDP)

For international orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any customs, duties, administrative, or return shipping charges incurred due to failed delivery may be deducted from the refund.

  • If a shipment is refused, not collected, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities, a refund may not be possible.


Address & Delivery Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to cooperate with customs authorities, Ballstad AS reserves the right to:

  • Deduct all shipping, customs, and administrative costs from any refund;

  • Issue a partial refund to cover direct losses;

  • Refuse a refund if the product is not returned or is destroyed by customs.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@ballstad.global.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • A replacement product will be sent at no additional charge, or a full refund will be issued.
