Approach
- Boil the noodles as instructed on the package
- Cut the fish into slices
- Lightly fry the fish on each side
- Grate carrot, radish, spring onion and kale finely
- Put the noodles in a bowl, put in the vegetables and fish, pour over steaming hot broth and top with herbs
- You can replace the cress with sprouts or coriander
Broth
- Boil water
- Mix in fish broth, you can also use vegetable broth
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients

400 g cod fillet
- 200 g noodles
- 5 dl fishing power
- 1 carrot _
- 4 radishes _
- 2 spring onions
- 2 dl kale
- 2 tablespoons cress
Power / broth
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm Ginger, fresh, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp misopasta
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 dl fish broth
