Approach

Approach

  • Boil the noodles as instructed on the package
  • Cut the fish into slices
  • Lightly fry the fish on each side
  • Grate carrot, radish, spring onion and kale finely
  • Put the noodles in a bowl, put in the vegetables and fish, pour over steaming hot broth and top with herbs
  • You can replace the cress with sprouts or coriander

Broth

  • Boil water
  • Mix in fish broth, you can also use vegetable broth
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients

Servings 4

400 g cod fillet

  • 200 g noodles
  • 5 dl fishing power
  • 1 carrot _
  • 4 radishes _
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 dl kale
  • 2 tablespoons cress

Power / broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cm Ginger, fresh, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp misopasta
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 dl fish broth
